About Me

I work in online marketing by day, and am an MBA student by night. With the very little time I have left, I love doing most anything outside such as running or hiking, and using this blog as my creative outlet where my interests in photography, cooking, baking and writing all come together.

I love traveling. I love cooking. I love trying something new every single day, whether it's discovering a new city, trying a new recipe, or stumbling across something unexpected in beautiful San Francisco.

I grew up in San Diego where I experienced the true beach culture, spending my days soaking in the plentiful sun. In college I studied in London and went to every nearby country I could within a four-month period. There I finally discovered an appreciation for the outdoors, for cultures different than my own, and for the many different flavors of international food.

I spent a couple years in Boston, where I fell in love with autumn. I went for long runs along the Charles River. I lived within steps of the most amazing Italian food I never knew existed. I tirelessly explored the east coast for two years, with its subzero temperatures and 100% humidity.

I have been a San Francisco resident since August 2009, and have never been so enamored with a city. It is the perfect combination of city and nature, of urban life and charming neighborhoods, of east and west. Despite the endless days of foggy summers, I love this city and the endless adventures that await me.
